Settings, channels, and keyboard shortcuts
Channels separate publishing identities. Settings controls the local workspace and workflow; shortcuts keep the most common production moves one keystroke away.
Manage channels
Use the channel selector or the adjacent gear in the sidebar. A channel can represent YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Podcast, or another publishing identity. These platform choices are labels and icons—not connected accounts.
- Add a channel. Choose a name, platform, optional handle, and safe workspace folder name.
- Use Channel. The selection changes visible strategy, planning, channel notes, episodes, media, series, templates, and assets together.
- Edit carefully. A channel workspace rename physically moves the channel folder beneath configured roots and updates stored paths.
- Remove or restore. A channel with referenced history is deactivated rather than destroying that history. Existing files are preserved.
Use the Settings tabs
Workspace
Primary, Archive, and B-roll Library storage, live volume state, local catalogue, channel management, and a disposable sample-library window.
Workflow
Choose episode workspace behavior, archived-production visibility, and optional production-focus labels for every weekday.
About
Product identity, version, local-first promise, and always-on safety protections.
Use Reveal beside the local metadata library when you need to diagnose a save problem. For backup, preserve its complete containing folder rather than copying only a live SQLite file. Interface text scale is adjusted directly in the sidebar from 85% to 150%.
Under Workflow → Calendar weekday labels, add a short focus such as Prep, Shoot, First edit, or Publish. Month view shows it below the weekday abbreviation; Week view shows it beside the abbreviation. The same labels appear in calendar popups opened by date and date-time fields throughout the app. Leave a field empty to hide that day’s label.

In this build, ⌘A, ⌘Z, and ⇧⌘Z are not dependable while the Ideas canvas owns focus. Use the mouse or trackpad and the contextual shape and connector toolbars. Treat canvas deletion as immediate and do not rely on Undo before a destructive edit.
Search behaviour
- Planning searches ideas, campaigns, tasks, and episodes.
- Notes searches note titles, topics, and document content.
- Episodes searches title, description, tags, and series.
- Media Library searches filenames, notes, and stored keywords.
- Assets searches name, notes, licence text, and tags.
- Search is hidden on Today and while a single episode is focused.
- Series & Templates currently shows the field but is browsed directly; its cards are not filtered by that text.
Clear a search before changing sections when results look unexpectedly narrow; the field can retain its text across navigation.
